1. What we collect
Account data (email, name, role), profile content you upload (photos, logos, artwork, proof), bidding and booking records, and technical logs needed to operate the service. Payments are processed by Stripe; we store Stripe customer / payment identifiers, not full card numbers.
2. How we use data
To run the marketplace (auth, auctions, fulfillment, payouts), prevent fraud, improve reliability, and communicate about your account. Product analytics events may be stored in our database to understand funnel health.
3. Sharing
We share data with infrastructure providers (e.g. hosting, database, file storage) and Stripe for payments/Connect. Public profiles, live auctions, and winning sponsor marks may be visible on the site. We do not sell personal data.
4. Retention & rights
We retain data as needed for the marketplace, legal, and accounting purposes. Contact us to request access or deletion where applicable law requires it.
